Vegetarian Hummus & Arugula Pizza

(vegetarian, dairy free, nut free, soy free, can be vegan, can be gluten free)

This fresh vegetarian hummus & arugula pizza is a great easy weeknight meal! It’s a pizza crust smothered in hummus, topped with fresh tomatoes and bell peppers, arugula, lemon, and a sweet balsamic drizzle to top it all off!

This pizza could not be simpler to make, especially if you have leftover hummus in your fridge waiting to be used. It has a perfect balanced of salty, zesty, and sweet, and is extremely versatile. You can mix it up with different toppings, and even use flatbread, naan bread, or a tortilla instead of the pizza dough!
