If I’m being honest, I don’t make a lot of bread. BUT I do make this Miracle No-Knead Bread by Pinch of Yum a LOT, and for good reason. It’s the easiest and tastiest thing ever, and always turns out amazing (we never fail to finish the entire loaf in one day)!
Here’s why I love this bread recipe:
- It uses super minimal ingredients (one’s I always have on hand).
- There’s no kneading required! Just mix, rise, and bake.
- The rising time is overnight, so you don’t need to be home all day to check up on it.
Another bonus: this can be made using all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten free flour!
