This sorbet is possibly one of the easiest and most delicious frozen desserts ever, and only requires 2 ingredients! If you’ve ever had the Dole whip from Disneyland… this is basically an easy homemade version. It’s super refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day! It is also entirely vegan, gluten free, and nut free.
What are the 2 ingredients?
Frozen pineapple and coconut milk. That’s it!
What should I use to blend with?
I recommend a large food processor (it may be larger/more powerful than a blender and has a wider surface to blend), but if you don’t have one then a high-speed blender should work nicely! You may want to blend in a couple batches depending on how large and powerful your blender/processor is.
